GAP Provider Liability Realignment
State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Nissan Sentra a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $13,868.43. The State Farm settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $950.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $16,327.35. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $950.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $952.72 or 8.3%.
Net settlement increase was $2,458.92 or 17.7%
