GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Nissan Sentra a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $15,134.69. The Allstate Fire and Casualty settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $846.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $17,991.75. The revised settlement satisfied our client $846.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,373.26 or 21.0%.
Net settlement increase was $2,857.06 or 18.9%
