Our Client was involved in a right-side collision. The at-fault party had Acuity Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2012 Porsche 911 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $16,938.14.
Acuity Insurance paid $3,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
