Our Client was involved in a left side collision. The at-fault party had Sedgwick Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2017 Tesla Model S back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $27,321.00.
Sedgwick Mutual Insurance paid $6,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
