Our Client was involved in a left side collision. The at-fault party had Texas Farm Bureau Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2012 Toyota 4Runner back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $10,522.13.
Texas Farm Bureau Insurance paid $1,650.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
