GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Elephant Auto Insurance had deemed our client’s 2014 Toyota Avalon a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $12,399.00. The Elephant Auto settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,287.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $15,200.00. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $1,287.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $853.80 or 31.0%.
Net settlement increase was $2,801.00 or 22.6%
