GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Toyota Sequoia a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $55,808.25. The Allstate Fire and Casualty settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $2,178.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $59,482.38. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $2,178.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $704.53 or 7.6%.
Net settlement increase was $3,674.13 or 6.6%
