GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Kemper Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Toyota Tundra a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $32,243.00. The Kemper settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,483.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $34,984.25. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $1,483.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $642.25 or 7.0%
Net settlement increase was $2,741.25 or 8.5%
