Progressive Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 Ford Expedition a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $21,029.29. Progressive settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $564.00 lagging balance with their lender Regional Acceptance.
We successfully settled the claim for $24,805.63. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $564.00 liability.
Net settlement increase was $3,776.34 or 18.0%
