Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2015 Maserati Ghibli back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $22,373.22.
Allstate Insurance paid $5,500.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
