GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2015 Audi A3 a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $15,185.19. Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $901.16 lagging balance with their lender Truity after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $19,103.94. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $901.16 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,399.33 or 28.3%.
Net settlement increase was $3,918.75 or 25.8%
