GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2015 Ford F250 a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $27,906.25. Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $12,126.00 lagging balance with their lender First Mark Credit Union after the GAP Benefit payment.
The revised settlement satisfied our clients $12,126.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability to $0.00.
Net settlement increase was $6,655.50 or 23.8%
