Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 Toyota Corolla a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $11,041.17.
We successfully settled the claim for $14,308.71. The revised settlement reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,119.76 or 75.0%.
Net settlement increase was $3,267.54 or 29.6%
