Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 Toyota Corolla a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $14,662.94. Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,340.00 lagging balance with their lender Toyota Financial.
We successfully settled the claim for $18,098.00. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,340.00 liability and reduced the GAP Liability to $0.00.
