GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Honda Accord a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $24,260.87. Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $756.00 lagging balance with their lender Fifth Third Bank after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $26,857.50. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $756.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $591.47 or 33.1%.
Net settlement increase was $2,596.63 or 10.7%
