2018 Lexus RX Diminished Value
Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2018 Lexus RX back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $11,912.75.
Allstate Insurance paid $3,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
