GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Progressive Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Mazda CX-5 a Total Loss and offered a settlement of $21,072.50. Progressive settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,032.16 lagging balance with their lender Truity Federal Credit Union after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $25,859.46. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,032.16 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $852.61 or 21.1%.
Net settlement increase was $4,786.96 or 22.7%
