Our Client was involved in a right-front collision. The at-fault party had Berkley One Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2018 Mercedes E back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $8,998.94.
Berkley One Insurance paid $4,025.25 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
