Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $14,564.91.
We successfully settled the claim for $18,607.34. The revised settlement reduced the GAP Provider liability $405.07 or 75%.
Net settlement increase was $4,042.43 or 27.8%
