GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Farmers Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Nissan Altima a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $15,278.81. Farmers settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,263.00 lagging balance with their lender Nissan Finance after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $17,750.19. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,263.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability 408.38$ or 5.4%.
Net settlement increase was $2,471.38 or 16.2%
