GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 RAM 1500 a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $25,018.06. Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $3,785.65 lagging balance with their lender Ally.
We successfully settled the claim for $30,316.75. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $3,785.65 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability to $0.00.
Net settlement increase was $5,298.69 or 21.2%
