Our Client was involved in a rear collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2018 Tesla Model 3 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $18,493.02.
Allstate Insurance paid $3,400.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
