GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Toyota Camry a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $14,204.00. Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $525.00 lagging balance with their lender Toyota Motor Credit after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $18,646.00. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $525.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $2,065.20 or 63.3%.
Net settlement increase was $4,442.00 or 31.3%
