GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Toyota RAV4 a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $17,290.50. Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,285.00 lagging balance with their lender Toyota Financial after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $23,251.13. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,285.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability to $454.78 or 73.9%
Net settlement increase was $5,960.63 or 34.5%
