GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Farmers Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Buick Enclave a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $30,647.88. Farmers settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,931.00 lagging balance with their lender Wells Fargo after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $32,651.75. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,931.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $777.00 or 10%.
Net settlement increase was $2,003.87 or 6.5%
