GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Farmers Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Buick Enclave a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $39,071.00 . Farmers settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $174.82 lagging balance with their lender Huntington National Bank after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $47,921.00. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $174.82 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $697.86 or 70.6%.
Net settlement increase was $8,829.00 or 22.6%
