GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Buick Encore a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $15,261.44. Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,148.00 lagging balance with their lender GM Financial after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $17,986.75. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,148.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $777.31 or 13.8%.
Net settlement increase was $2,725.31 or 17.9%
