GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Esurance Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Honda Civic a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $17,085.77. Esurance settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $4,808.98 lagging balance with their lender Honda Financial after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $24,893.00. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $4,808.98 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $0.00.
Net settlement increase was $7,807.23 or 45.7%
