GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Nissan Titan a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $41,435.06 Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,833.00 lagging balance with their lender NMAC after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $45,186.75. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,833.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability to $1,112.49 or 17.8%
Net settlement increase was $3,751.69 or 9.1%
