Elephant Insurance had deemed our client’s 2020 Chevrolet Equinox a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $25,477.00 . Elephant settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,825.00 lagging balance with their lender Global Lending after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $28,600.00. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,825.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $498.00 or 12.8%.
Net settlement increase was $3,123.00 or 12.3%
