Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $45,950.38. Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $5,066.00 lagging balance with their lender Credit Human.
We successfully settled the claim for $51,991.75. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $5,066.00 liability.
Net settlement increase was $6,041.37 or 13.1%
