GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2020 Nissan Sentra a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $19,114.99 Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $286.00 lagging balance with their lender Consumer Portfolio Services after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $21,765.18. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $286.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $141.49 or 49.8%.
Net settlement increase was $2,650.19 or 13.9%.
