Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2020 Toyota Camry a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $26,748.88.
We successfully settled the claim for $29,785.50 The revised settlement reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,911.62 or 36.1%.
Net settlement increase was $3,036.62 or 11.4%
