GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $34,021.15 Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $676.64 lagging balance with their lender Ally Financial after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $37,248.28. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $676.64 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $592.96 or 58.4%.
Net settlement increase was $3,227.13 or 9.5%
