GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Dairyland Insurance had deemed our client’s 2021 Toyota RAV4 a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $33,510.27. There was no pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $35,541.43. The revised settlement reduced the GAP Provider liability $923.37 or 46.5%.
Net settlement increase was $2,031.16 or 6.1%
