Our Client was involved in a front-end collision. The at-fault party had First Connect Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Nissan Maxima back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $2,699.59.
First Connect Insurance paid $1,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
