Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Germania Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2015 BMW X6 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $24,200.42.
Germania Insurance paid $4,900.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
