Elephant Auto Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Buick Encore a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $18,725.00.
We successfully settled the claim for $20,300.00. The revised settlement reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,160.00 or 9.3%.
Net settlement increase was $1,575.00 or 8.6%
