Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Hanover Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Cadillac CTS back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $13,394.17.
Hanover Insurance paid $2,605.87 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
