Our Client was involved in a left rear collision. The at-fault party had Sedgwick Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $12,491.78.
Sedgwick Insurance paid $2,727.90 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
