Our Client was involved in a left side collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $7,420.49.
Allstate Insurance paid $1,950.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
