GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Elephant Auto Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $21,662.00. The Elephant Auto settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $2,369.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $24,500.00. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $2,369.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $94.00 or 7.13%.
Net settlement increase was $2,838.00 or 13.1%
