Our Client was involved in a front-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2016 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $25,442.34.
Allstate Insurance paid $2,500.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
