GAP Provider Liability Realignment
AM Wins Insurance had deemed our client’s 2014 Chevrolet Traverse a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $15,026.81. The AmWINS Specialty Insurance settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $684.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $17,815.87. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $684.00 lender liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,590.61 or 58.5%.
Net settlement increase was $2,789.06 or 18.6%
