GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Chrysler 300 a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $19,107.73. The Allstate Fire and Casualty settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $2,536.67 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $25,535.50. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $2,536.67 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $2,581.17 or 18.6%.
Net settlement increase was $6,427.77 or 33.6%
