Our Client was involved in a front-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2019 Dodge RAM 2500 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $5,674.42.
Allstate Insurance paid $4,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
