Our Client was involved in a left-hand side collision. The at-fault party had Plymouth Rock Assurance Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2004 Ferrari 360 Spider back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $24,062.03.
Plymouth Rock Assurance Insurance paid $10,500.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
