Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Amica Mutual Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2011 Ford Expedition back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $3,968.83.
Amica Mutual Insurance paid $200.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
