Our Client was involved in a right front collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Ford Explorer back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $9,592.81.
Allstate Insurance paid $2,500.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
