GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Auto Club Enterprises Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Nissan Sentra a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $14,962.23. The Auto Club Enterprises settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $767.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $18,050.92. The revised settlement satisfied our client $767.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,640.29 or 47.4%.
Net settlement increase was $3,088.69 or 20.6%
